Planet Frankenstein is probably the only one who could dilute Nora Pigmenta's rainbow bites, but he'd likely get destroyed early on by The Cad blowing smoke in his face. Katchop and Mantalope have the edge in offensive firepower and agile defense, but cuts and bullet holes would only release more of Nora's pretty pets to slip them up. She single-handedly outnumbers all the others with two nozzles to spare. There may be more photogenic contenders, but Nora has the chops to go all the way.
